Bill Present and Pay

The electronic Bill Present and Pay service is designed to improve your efficiency and reduce your costs through eliminating the need to print and post invoices or other bills.

During the set-up process, merchants provide the graphic for their bill (eg Invoice), which is loaded as a template. They then send a print file to the secure FTP server, and the application automatically loads the variable data then sends an email out to each of the recipients (customers).

The email basically says 'Your payment is due, click on the link below to view your invoice'. The link provided takes the customer directly to their invoice, and they cannot view another customer's invoice. There is a 'Pay Now' button on the side, and when selected a new window pops up with the payment details and the merchant's logo across the top.

The customer can either enter their credit card details or select an account from the vault to process their payment. When the payment is completed, the customer is re-directed back to their Invoice, which is now marked 'Paid' with the date and receipt number. The invoice and payment details are archived for 5 years, so your customers can recall, save or print any invoice/receipt at any time.


Payment Reconciliation

Your customers can choose to pay via a credit card or debit from their account, and provided they store their details in the secure Customer Information Vault they can pay via a different card or bank account every time. Pay & Go can also provide customised telephone (Interactive Voice Response) payment systems as well if required.

Regardless of how they pay, the details of all payment transactions received via the Pay & Go systems can be transferred into your accounting and/or CRM systems in real time or via a daily batch upload process.
