Customer Information Vault |
This is a unique feature that is only available with the CAS payment gateway. Rather than transmitting credit
card details every time a payment is processed, your regular customers can lock up to ten (10) sets of credit
card or bank account details in the secure Customer Information Vault. The details are encrypted and secured
via a proprietary encryption system.
Your customers are then prompted to name each account - eg NAB MasterCard, or Westpac Visa, or Kevin's Savings
Account. Then, when your customers click on the 'Pay Now' button, they can select the account they wish to pay
with, rather than sending the credit card or bank account details over the internet.
Credit card and bank account details that are not transmitted cannot be stolen.

The CAS back-end infrastructure undergoes the quarterly and annual Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security
Standards certification checks and always passes with a 100% security rating for design and maintenance of
systems that process credit card and EFTPOS payments.
These standards incorporate a strict set of guidelines for applications and network design, administration and
maintenance of systems, together with internal procedures for change management, systems upgrades, and access
to information. Pay & Go's consultants have over five years experience in setting up business systems, internal
documentation and procedures to meet PCI Compliance requirements.

Pay & Go offers our clients a FREE initial four hour consultation service to provide your staff with a detailed
overview of your specific requirements. We also provide a comprehensive consultation service where we work with
your staff to modify your systems, documentation and procedures whilst transferring our knowledge and training
your staff at the same time.

Verified by VisaTM and MasterCardSecureCodeTM
are a secure and easy to use service that provides merchants and cardholders additional protection when paying for
goods or services online.
Both of these services compliment existing Visa or MasterCards with a personal password. These systems require the
owner of the credit card to register with the card company first, and store a password against their credit card.
When purchases are made via the Internet and the password is entered correctly, the password is verified and
allowed to proceed.
The online services must also be configured for Verified by VisaTM and MasterCardSecureCodeTM.
Whenever a registered customer purchases goods from participating online stores or uses their Visa or MasterCard
to pay a bill online, they are prompted to enter their password in the same way as a PIN at an ATM. It means that
only the owner of the card can use their Visa or MasterCard online, increasing the security and reducing
unauthorised card usage.
Look out for the online stores that currently offer Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. More banks and online stores will be participating very soon.
